About Us:
Eco Lex Legal is a leading provider of innovative solutions in Legal Service. We are committed to excellence and dedicated to fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert x advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
Advise on risk management and develop strategies to mitigate legal risks.
Lead and mentor junior legal staff.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
Strong knowledge of [relevant laws and regulations].
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
